Cash is a facilitative and operationally-focused Human Resources Leader with over 20 years of Operations Management and HR leadership experience in the corporate, non-profit and consulting sectors to include companies like Verizon Communications, Comcast Cable and AmerisourceBergen Corporation.

A natural mediator, she has spent most of the past decade in the consulting sector, more recently, leading an HR team through the beginning of a transformation in employee engagement, process and service delivery to health and human services staff of over 700.  Cash has gained extensive expertise in the areas of Facilitative Mediation, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Workshop Facilitation, Collective Bargaining, Change Management and Employee Engagement. She is excited to use her capabilities in support of CATCH, Inc.!

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Cash is also actively involved within business and civic communities.  She particularly enjoys mentoring young women and was recently a member of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania.  She has served as an Executive Committee Member of NExT, an Urban League affinity group as well as an adjunct board member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).  She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Community Advocates Association of Children and Youth, Inc. (CAACY) and was a big sister for six years at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Philadelphia.

Cash earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and is expecting her Master of Science degree in Organization Leadership from Cabrini College.
