Mental Health Community Services
Our Mental Health Community Services Division provides comprehensive psychiatric, psychological and social work services. Other services can be coordinated in conjunction with our mental health programs to maximize the quality of care provided to consumers.
Adult and Children’s Outpatient
At our Outpatient Mental Health Program, we support children, adolescents, and adults with addressing their behavioral health needs. Our highly trained staff uses an array of modalities, including Behavior Modification, Person-Centered, and Trauma-Focused therapeutic methods.
Adult Blended Case Management
Our Adult Case Management program provides essential supports such as medical care, psychiatric care, education, and a secondary focus on co-occurring substance use needs. Even though goals are specific and person centered, we maintain a long-term goal to empower individuals through self-help skills, coping skills, and adaptive skills needed to live successfully in the community, maintain stability, all while reducing rehospitalization, reincarceration, and or relapse.
Children’s Blended Case Management
Our Children’s Case Management program provides compassionate, community-based and office-based support to help children and their families confidently navigate life challenges to achieve success. We collaborate with schools, the Philadelphia Department of Human Services, Juvenile Justice Services, Community Behavioral Health (CBH), and other agencies working with the young person to coordinate effective continuum of care.
Nicky Z’s: Veterans Case Management
Nicky Z’s Case Management Program is designed to support armed service members within the community. Through case management services, we can help veterans access both VA and Non-VA services through resource coordination and completing referrals for enrollment in various eligible entitlement programs.
Community Intervention Recovery Center (CIRC)
CIRC is a community engagement drop-in center with Nursing, Counseling, and Certified Peer Specialists to support the three different age groups with skill building and overall wellness.
Fitness Training Program
The CATCH Fitness Center teaches members to use exercise as a tool to help boost their body, mind, and spirit. With significant research supporting the practice of regular exercise relieves stress, improves memory, and leads to better sleep patterns; we support a whole-person care style of wellness with this added program. Workouts from weight training to aerobic exercise, the fitness center offers something for every member.
Crisis Residence
Our Crisis Residence is an eight bed program designed for consumers who are homeless and have psychiatric or psychiatric/substance abuse issues.
Mental Health Unit
The CMS Mental Health Unit Residential Treatment Facility for Adults (RTFA) is a structured sub-acute mental health/residential treatment program.
