Duties/Responsibilities
Will function as a member of the Rivers Bend Team with the following major responsibilities:

Sr. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor

Full Time Position

Brief outline of position:

  1. Assist assigned People in Recovery (PIR) in defining and progressing toward self-defined recovery goals.
  2. Provide individual and group counseling for PIR utilizing an Evidenced- Based Practices approach.

Brief outline of responsibilities:
Provide an array of extensive case management services to approximately 25 children and adolescents who have been identified as high-risk ICM consumers. The services provided will include, but shall not be limited to:

  1. Assure all consumers on the assigned caseload receive a functional assessment to identify skill deficits and strengths to establish treatment goals.
  2. Complete a written strength assessment, develop and implement a written service plan for each consumer assigned to the caseload.
  3. Identify and connect the consumers to appropriate clinical and community resources necessary to meet the needs identified in their functional assessments.
  4. Update and maintain all case management records.

Adult Day Training Program Specialist

Full Time Position

  1. Revises the daily schedule for appropriate staffing and manages accurate records. Provides staffing coverage as needed. Develops daily activity schedule for consumers.
  2. Completes Program Specialist duties for a caseload of no more than 30 consumers.
  3. Participates in the development of the ISP and attends the ISP meetings. Implements the ISP as written and stays current with updates and revisions. Makes recommendations to the ISP as needed.
  4. Supervises, monitors and evaluates services provided to the individual. Coordinates the services provided to an individual.
  5. Manages and coordinates the training of direct service workers in the content of health and safety needs relevant to each individual.

Security Guard

Part Time Position

Responsible for maintaining security at assigned CATCH sites with the primary goal of safety for clients, staff and facilities.

  1. Conducts scheduled and unscheduled patrols of the inside of the assigned buildings and the outside perimeters including the fenced-in areas;
  2. Establishes a liaison with the site supervisors/program coordinators to assist in security needs;
  3. Completes a patrol log during tour of duty indicating all security activities conducted;
  4. Provides a periodic presence of security at company parking lots;
  5. Conducts preliminary investigations of unusual incidents and submits written reports of same;
