Jamal Lawler

Jamal Lawler joined CATCH, Inc in 2011 as a Licensed Practical Nurse. During his time as a Unit Nurse, Mr. Lawler gained extensive knowledge of CATCH’s Residential Division, which led to his promotion to Program Manager of one of the residential programs where he served as a Nurse.

After a year as Program Manager, Mr. Lawler transitioned to his current position of Residential Director, which he has held since January 2022. As Director of Residential Services, Mr. Lawler oversees the operation of all twenty-four-hour residential programs. He is responsible for planning and developing strategic operational goals to provide high-quality care and services for residents while analyzing financial data and impact to support organizational decision-making.
