Raymond A. Pescatore, Jr. transitioned into the role of CEO after over twenty years at CATCH, serving in various positions with increased supervisory responsibility. He has used his expertise in the management of security, transportation, fitness, facilities, procurement, and leasing. Prior to being elected CEO he served as CATCH’s Director of Operations, overseeing all nonclinical services.
In this encompassing role he transformed the aging infrastructure and modernized the agency to meet the ongoing challenges facing nonprofits in this current climate.
Prior to coming on board at CATCH he was a member of both local and federal law enforcement agencies. Raymond is the recipient of the Medal of Valor award. It is the highest commendation awarded, given to less than one percent of all law enforcement personnel.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University and a Master of Science in Law Enforcement Management from Saint Joseph’s University.
