Participants are generally in need of support for most activities pertaining to daily living and they go off-site for daytime activities (e.g. recovery programs, vocational training, educational training, educational programs, part-time work, etc.). Our dedicated staff is available 24 hours a day, and provide assistance, support and encouragement towards personal recovery. Staff help participants develop sufficient independent living skills so that they may live in the community with the least amount of direct supervision necessary.
Program Summary:
- Age Group – 18 and over.
- Who can refer – All of our referrals are through the Transitions, Integration and Partnerships (TIP) program of the City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health.
- Eligibility – Residents seeking Housing who have a chronic mental health DSM-V Diagnosis and are in need of Housing.
- Length of Treatment – Minimum of two years
