Our Veterans Social Services Center is a citywide initiative which offers a multitude of services to veterans of the United States Armed Forces.
Our devoted team is committed to the overall success of our service members. We work to assist veterans as they navigate through both VA and Non-VA services like case management, resource coordination, and enrollment in various entitlement programs for which they may be eligible. Our compassionate staff will assist members in connecting to Behavioral/Mental Health, Drug/Alcohol Treatment, and Home Health Services. We also offer guidance to Housing, Peer Support, Transportation, and Legal Services.
